Payment

For booking a tour with us, we accept a variety of payment methods to ensure your convenience. You can use credit and debit cards supported by the secure Stripe payment gateway. Additionally, we also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for easy and secure transactions. This flexibility in payment options is designed to make your booking process smooth and hassle-free.

It’s not necessary to print out your confirmation for the tour. Showing the confirmation on your phone will suffice. This way, we aim to make your experience with us as convenient and environmentally friendly as possible.

No, there are no hidden fees or charges when booking a tour with us. The total amount is always fully displayed during the checkout process, ensuring transparency and trust in our pricing.

Yes, it’s possible to change your tour date or time in certain cases. Please contact us directly via email at support@galoty.com or by phone, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The refund policy for tour cancellations allows for cancellations under specific conditions; however, cancellation fees may apply. For detailed information on our cancellation policy and potential fees, please reach out to us via email at support@galoty.com.

Reservation

Making a tour reservation is straightforward and user-friendly. Simply select your desired tour, choose a date, time, and the number of guests, and then proceed to payment to finalize your booking.

Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your newsletter or spam folder as well. If the required number of participants for the tour is not met, you will be informed about the cancellation of the tour, and a refund will be issued to the card used for payment.

There is no need for you to take any action. Your payment will be automatically refunded to the card used for the purchase. If a technical error occurs and you do not receive your refund within 14 days of the tour’s cancellation, please contact us via email at support@galoty.com.

Children 12 years and under tour for free with us, as long as the tour is not designated as adult-only. However, a valid ID is required to verify the child’s age.

For certain tours designated as adult-only (18+), younger participants are not accepted, even with the purchase of an Adult ticket. Student tickets are available for individuals aged 13 to 17 years. These tickets are priced lower but typically do not include all the features of the tours, such as drinks.

Our tours are generally designed for groups of up to 10 people. If you have a larger group, please contact us via email at support@galoty.com, and we will be happy to prepare a custom offer tailored to your needs.

Tours

Each tour has its own specific meeting point detailed in the tour description. Additionally, you will receive the meeting point information via email upon purchasing your tour.

It’s best to arrive at the meeting point at least 5-15 minutes in advance.

Our guides speak both English and Czech, and the language of the tour will be adjusted to fit the group. For tours in other languages, please contact us via email at support@galoty.com.

The duration of each tour is always specified in the tour details.
